Favorite way to unwind?
My favorite way to unwind is with girlfriends having inspired heartfelt conversation, or if I need downtime I love to watch TED talks and motivational YouTube videos.
Perfect date night?
I love to stay home for a date night. Grab a cocktail and enjoy an evening outside, grill and end the evening with binge watching a Netflix series or the latest greatest movie.
When I am not at work:
I have a strong interest in the quest of spiritual truths. I have studied several energy healing modalities, practice daily meditation and am passionate about pursuing higher consciousness.

I would absolutely love the chance to cut and style Johnny Depp’s hair. His eclectic personality and unique sense of style are so intriguing, and his hair is the perfect canvas—full of character and texture, just like him!
What hobbies or interests do you enjoy outside of hairstyling?
I love immersing myself in crochet projects during my downtime; it’s a relaxing and creative outlet that lets me unwind while crafting something fun and beautiful with my hands.

I have two dogs: Lilly, a spirited 4-year-old, and Luna, a playful 10-month-old puppy. Each has such a distinct personality—Lilly is full of curiosity and charm, while Luna brings boundless energy and mischief. Together, they keep our household lively and always on our toes!
What hair product can’t you live without?
I simply can’t live without dry shampoo! Since I don’t wash my hair every day, it’s my go-to lifesaver—it effortlessly absorbs excess oil, adds a bit of volume, and keeps my hair feeling fresh and looking fabulous between washes.

Outside of work, I love being active. I enjoy mountain, road, and tandem biking, along with disc golf, hunting, visiting the cabin, and snowboarding. I even attempt to play hockey on my backyard ice rink! But my favorite activity is spending time outdoors with my family.
What book or movie has inspired you?
I can’t pinpoint just one book or movie, but this question reminds me of a time in my life when I experienced a lot of self-growth. During that period, I made it a ritual to go for a daily walk while listening to inspiring and motivational podcasts.
What is your favorite part of being a hairstylist?
Although I’m truly an introvert, I love people. I tend to be quiet, but I genuinely appreciate the relationships I’ve formed through this job with some truly great people.
Do you have any pets? Tell us about them.
Oh boy, do I have pets! I have a dog named Moose, who loves pheasant hunting, swimming, and, of course, chasing the chickens around the yard. The chickens greet me every morning on my doorstep, squawking for a banana, and the ducks spend their days enjoying the backyard pond.

What books and movies inspire you?
One of the movies that truly inspires me is Inside Out (both parts 1 and 2). I believe it offers profound insights into the complexities of our emotions, showing how they influence our thoughts, actions, and overall well-being. It highlights the far-reaching impact our feelings can have on our lives and relationships.
What is your favorite part of being a hairstylist?
My favorite aspect of being a hairstylist is creating genuine connections with my clients and their families. I love listening to their stories, learning about their lives, and discovering what brings them joy. Each conversation enriches my experience and allows me to offer a more personalized and meaningful service.
What interests or hobbies do you have outside of hairstyling?
I absolutely adore crafting, whether I’m working on a project alone or creating something with my child. Each moment spent crafting together is full of imagination, letting us bond over our love for creativity and self-expression.

I have a dog named Lyra, a lively husky who keeps life exciting with her playful antics. Alongside her are two adorable cats, Jasmine and Belle, who are true cuddle enthusiasts, always finding the coziest spots to snuggle up and relax.

What’s your favorite part of being a hairstylist?
My favorite part of being a hairstylist is making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. I love helping my clients feel that their outward appearance truly reflects their inner selves, boosting their confidence and allowing their unique personalities to shine through.
If you could style any celebrity’s hair, who would it be and why?
I would absolutely love the opportunity to style Taylor Swift’s hair. Not only is she one of my all-time favorite singers, but her hair is also gorgeous—so versatile and full of potential for creative looks that would complement her ever-evolving style perfectly.
What hobbies or interests do you enjoy outside of hairstyling?
Outside of hairstyling, I love listening to music and have a passion for all things creative, especially arts and crafts. Whether it’s discovering a new artist or diving into an art project, I enjoy expressing my creativity in different ways.

I have a black cat named Sabrina, who’s as mysterious as her name suggests, and two adorable pugs, Ernie and Winnie. They never fail to bring laughter and comfort with their playful antics and lovable personalities.
